I reviewed all the columns I created and they seem to be correct.
The error says

Failed to activate component(s). Flow client error returned with status code "BadRequest" and details "{"error":{"code":"InvalidOpenApiFlow","message":"Flow save failed with code 'WorkflowOperationParametersExtraParameter' and message 'The API operation does not contain a definition for parameter 'item/bc_name'.'."}}".

I am not super sure what bc_name is.

I resolved the issue.

When following the tutorial, it says to Display Name, it's only the first Display Name. If done this correctly, the import will get on automatically.
