Task: 1 Import the Visits.xlsx file
Step: 6
Description of issue
Cannot import Excel file
Error: PQ Service principal retrieval failed
Repro steps:
- Click on Import and select Import data from Excel
My workaround is to use Power Query
From the Maker portal, click on the box in top left corner and open OneDrive
Click Your OneDrive is ready
Then
From the Maker portal, expand Dataverse and select the Visit table
Import -> Import data
Excel workbook
Upload file
Browse to C:\LabFiles and select Visits.xlsx and click Open
Select Organizational account for Authentication type
Click Sign in and select the MOD Administrator account
Click Next
Select the Visits table
Click Next
Click Next
Select Load to existing table
Select crXXX_visit (where XXX is a random set of letters and numbers
Map the columns
Click Next
Click Publish
