issues on generate qrcode

Hi, I would like to know if it is possible for me to generate a QR code for the payment type qris/gopay in the sandbox environment.

everytime i do api hit https://api.sandbox.veritrans.co.id/v2/gopay/5bcbdcdb-80d6-40b8-911e-9c0daa8a09a4/qr-code

always got response:

Great, the issue has been resolved by using an account that already has the production environment set up.
