Do more i3 modes instead of holding mod

This will leave more room for the most used stuff on the letters, and push uncommon stuff to modes.
In order to make it more little layout keyboard friendly.

Examples of modes:

• Move to workspace (number)
• Move to desktop (direction)
• Reload configs
• Goto workspace (number)

Use q for escaping modes.
