Add ability to specify where screenshots get saved

User Story

As a user, I would like to be able to configure where screenshots are saved when an error occurs.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. I should be able to configure what folder my screenshots are saved in.
  2. I should be able to specify a full path, or a relative path
  3. When selecting a relative path, it should be relative path from where the tests are executing

Added ability to set screenshot folder through ZukiniConfiguration setting.
