Reddit Viewer defaults to Gallery View

Everytime I enter a menu in the Reddit Viewer add-on, I set it to Icons view. But then when I enter into anything, it returns to Gallery view. I have tried disabling it from the possible views, but that doesn't work. When I enter the settings menu, it's still over Icons as if it's the default. Perhaps it has to do with the fact that I'm looking at images and gifs on the add-on?
I'm using version 6.0.2 silvo on Krypton. I'm using Reddit Viewer version 2.7.1.

I'm sorry. I just figured it out. You open Reddit Viewer's configuration settings, then go to general and scroll to Force View (turn it off or, if you want Icons like me, set it to 500)
