Possibility to include more than one file extension in Account options

Dear Mike,

I've recently found AlephNote and I'm very impressed with the speed and features. I have text files with different extensions in the same folders, and I was wondering if is possible to setup AlephNote to search for more than one file extension for text files, e.g. txt, md, bat, ini, etc. in the Account options to be able to read and edit all my text notes regardless the file extension.

I could add more extensions but AlephNote generally "owns" the directory you specify. It's the data/sync/repository folder of AN.
So the chain of command is more like AlephNote sets the extension of your files (and not you give it files with various extensions).

I could add more extensions to the search path, but I guess you would then also want AlephNote to remember the original filename/extension otherwise AlephNote would immediately start renaming and moving these files.

So (as I said in #161 ) I guess this is a bit out-of-scope for AlephNote, I'm closing this issue but if you want you could implement that behavior self-contained in an plugin and if you want to create a PullRequest I would probably merge the plugin.
