Line number problem when having todos with same text

I have 3 todos with same text("Implement NotORM" - which is quite normal text) in one file. Panels shows them three times but everytime with the line number of first occurence.

To je cena za rychlý parser. Když jsem to psal, tak už jsem s tím počítal, ale zkusim to vymyslet lépe.

Dirty fix je mať asociatívne pole už nájdených prekladov a keď budú viacnásobné, nech to preskakuje počet už uložených riadkov :) Prípadne to nechaj tak, budem ich modifikovať.
