Please, make CSS rules more specific (e.g. prefixing with "#nette-debug-Panel-TodoPanel").

Debug panel by si zasloužil css reset, zkusím spíš postal nějaký pullrequest do nette. Ale tohle klidně poupravím.

Naučím sa robiť (poriadne) s githubom a budú aj pull requesty ;)
