Stellar Sky-v0.1.15[1.7.10]

Started up TechnoFirmaCraft for the first time and saw my FPS in the 10-12 range. A snapshot with the VisualVM sampler fingered some of your code. Let me know if you need any more info.

@PitchBright indeed the version is old, but this can still give a hint that what part causes lag on stellar sky.

Technofirma is a hardcore questing modpack. Seems like it hasn't been updated in a while.

Because of the modpack, I don't know if I'm using a stock config. My config file. Changing the first option Mag_Limit all the way down to 0.3 did help, but then there are almost no stars.

I updated to Stellar Sky-v0.1.20[1.7.10] and saw pretty much the same thing, though it isn't quite as bad:

@codewarrior0 The mag limit config means that you can decrease it by 0.3 (not to 0.3) to reduce lag.
