Add option to change the location of the sky settings lock

It does not appear to be working, every time I change the setting to bottomleft, like the config says, it just resets it self back.

Edit: It appears that according to the code, its downleft, not bottomleft.

Edit 2: It still reverts back to upright after I change to even that.
