A Silencer: Can you use to make the weapon and all bullets silent.
Bigger Magazine: More Bullets
Special Bullet: Other Bullets like one which you can craft with biosignals that make the biosignal defect and no other cp sees it but in the cp team list you can see if he disappeared.

ALL CRAFTABLE BUT HARD
