Pearcel Arrows drop as regular arrows when shot

When shooting a Pearcel Arrow from a Pearcel Bow, they drop as a regular arrow.

Fixed. Upon crafting of the bow, you get Infinity I, which means you cant pick up the arrows, though bow has only 100 durability now.
