[BUG/PROBLEM] Black Screen on Devices Shipped With => A10

Describe the bug
Devices shipped with Android 10 bootloader will get a black/blank screen with the TWRP/bootloader of Android 9 on them. The display is black too.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Get an SM-T290 shipped with Android 10.
  2. Flash TWRP.
  3. Try to launch.
  4. Screen is black.

Expected behavior
You should get information on the display, instead of being black and showing nothing.

Way to solve
Use mirroring software to mirror the screen using ADB.

The problem is reported on the XDA thread. It has been resolved by multiple people.
