Start users on the payment page when they come into the checkout flow.

This is currently doable by putting a query string on the URL, like this: https://mp-st-sf-test.herokuapp.com/give/?firstname=jonathan&lastname=stegall&email=jstegall%40minnpost.com&amount=10&frequency=monthly&step=panel--pay

I think it's probably worth setting that to the default though.

This is also when we'll want to update the language on the progress bar so it says Choose to match WordPress.
