Update analytics tracking

Update Analytics events and ecommerce tracking so that: 1) Choose page in WordPress is the first step; 2) Pay is the second step; 3) Thanks is the third step; 4) the finish page does make an Ecommerce event

There are a few commits to make this realize when the finish step is happening. This was previously a bug, but is now addressed.
