Updating a recurring donation when the fees are paid changes the amount incorrectly

1. Go to that URL. The amount field says $10 and the pay fees box is checked.
2. Update the credit card.
3. Now the amount field says $10.53 and all the opportunities on the recurring donation say $10.53 also.
4. When it calculates the fees their fee goes up.
