Check in on unnecessary meta tags

Noticed that the parsely plugin adds several meta tags to the document head. We should find out if 1) the parsely plugin is doing anything else we can stop it from doing, and 2) find out if there are any other plugins that are adding meta tags we don't want/need. It has been a while since I've checked into this.

Fixed this in the client-mu-plugins/plugin-loader folder.
