Should probably also think about whether there are other things to remove from the file.

Things to think about:

  1. If we eventually hide comments by default, do we print the comments if the user has expanded them?
  2. What print elements change during redesign? ex pullquotes

I think we shouldn't hide the comments. But I do think it would be good to make a page break before they start.
