We need to make this a bit easier to reuse for different domains, with different purposes, content, etc.

It's possible we'll at some point just move this into the CMS post-migration, but if we can make it more flexible before that, that is probably a good thing.

We might also want to move it to Heroku. The 6 hour downtime every 24 hours is not a big deal, probably.

This is done. It can now be run just by pointing a domain to the Heroku nameserver, making sure that domain or Salesforce ID is present in the env values, and adding a campaign row with the basic content values, and the domain, to the database.
