Figure out how to push to this repository from private VIP Go repository

Now that we've migrated to WP VIP Go, we need to figure out if it's possible to push that repository to this repository without including the private things.

Items we cannot push to this public repository:

  1. the /private folder
  2. the /plugins/raw-html-pro folder (this is a commercial plugin so we can't leave it public)

I'm flexible on whether we change the root of this repository to wp-content, or just push the contents of that private repo to this repo's wp-content. Whichever works.
