Non-parametric cad

I downloaded the cad for the hevort from fusion 360, and there's inconsistency in the files where some of them are parametric and some are not, such as the frame and z axis rails and screws, but not the heated bed.

Yes, that is correct, some of there are and unfortunately some of them are not.
