Tolerances to tight around the BMG gears?

My calibration isn't perfect, but it's quite good. And the BMG-gear on the tensioning arm (HextrudORT_Dragon_TENSION_ARM_body_V1.stl) is scraping the inside of HextrudORT_Dragon_body_V1.stl
Is there a reason why it needs to be that tight of a tolerence?

Tight tolerances around the hobb gears are to avoid flexible filaments to escape and wrap around. I have enlarged the tolerances on the latest models. Thank you for your feedback.
