A ROM should show how big the cartridge was for the system including banana for scale

Cartridge size is a property of the physical cartridge and isn't stored in the ROM at all, so it would be impossible for a ROM dump to contain this information. It would also be the same across all ROMs for a given system except for non-standard carts anyway.
