As a first pass to the wiki, here are my thoughts.
Big, giant text that says:
does your station have a manager?
Does your station have funding?
Is the ware you think should be moving in the logical overview screen?
Instructions for requests for help:
include screenshot of mule order settings, source station logical overview, and target station logical overview.
A general area for each mule with suggestions for how to use them, descriptions of the params, and fun things that maybe people haven't thought of (i.e. that miners can be used as mules and even a mining warehouse can be setup as a mining distribution center).
