Add basic support for JEI to show mystic alchemy as a way to create potions

For new players, they will not ever know that mystic alchemy exist as it doesnt have any indication in JEI that it crafts potions. Could we get a simple generic recipe that shows up for every potion (maybe limit it to only potion types craftable by the mod?) in JEI? for example, a question mark and water bucket into a cauldron with a fire below it with an output of an uncraftable potion.
