[Feature Suggestion] Crucible Material Multipliers

It would be interesting if there were different materials you could use to make tiered crucibles, each with their own multipliers on potion effect magnitudes. With datapack configurability, players and pack makers could set up some interesting gameplay dynamics, such as:
- Setting a multiplier of 0 to powerful effects with the base-level cauldron, so that the player must progress to more expensive crucibles in order to brew those effects.
- Ensuring that a specific pair of potion effects never appear together by utilizing multipliers so they can't be produced by the same crucible.
- "Cursed" crucible with multipliers of -1 on all effects, meaning that every ingredient's usefulness is inverted.
- Specialized crucibles that are are stronger/weaker in different types of effects.
Obvious materials for the different tiers would be iron, gold, copper, netherite, etc.
