[ATM Plugin - demo pages] Fix url path for atm plugin on "demo-pages"

Actual result:

• when user tries to redirect to a content page - "404 page not found" is displayed
• the root cause is wrong url path :
  https://www-test.adtechmedia.io/adtechmedia-website/nytimes/www.nytimes.com/2016/07/04/technology/a-brooklyn-neighborhood-where-airbnb-is-being-put-to-the-test.html

Expected result:
https://www-test.adtechmedia.io/demo-pages/nytimes/www.nytimes.com/2016/07/04/technology/a-brooklyn-neighborhood-where-airbnb-is-being-put-to-the-test.html

Note:

• Changes should be applied to all demo content: NY Times, Washington Post, Bloomberg
