It's made by derrod (https://github.com/derrod)
"Legendary is an open-source game launcher that can download and install games from the Epic Games platform on Linux and Windows.", open API, CLI Epic Games store; launches and downloads games with a command line.
I've linked my account epic games account to GOG so I don't have to use Epic, but when I want to play a game I first need to install Epic, which I don't want. Legendary helped me out there, but unfortunate after I installed Games through legendary, GOG wont recognise the downloaded game.
Present in Galaxy API available integrations list?
no
Supported platforms
PC / Windows and Linux
Store content / licenses
What kind of games does it offer? Their own games, exclusives, other platform keys?
Kind of DRM if there is any: launcher required / in-game login / ...
Games you purchased through Epic Game store
Galaxy features
Which Galaxy 2.0 features could be potentially implemented (for at least one game)? Choose from:
- Launch Games
To add to this it'd be nice to support Heroic Games Launcher (GUI-Frontend built upon Legendary) when Legendary support is added. I guess it won't differ much
GOG will never support a 3rd-party launcher for a store that they have already integrated natively.

So it won't be promoted, but it is possible to create one derrod/legendary#176 (comment)
If anyone wants to try it, I've made a very simple legendary integration (https://github.com/currall/galaxy-integration-legendary). It isn't great and doesn't have all the features of most GOG integrations but if you want your games available there then you can try this
