[BUG] The setting for Delivery for Baling Contracts does not save/persist threw game reloads or restarts

The setting for "Delivery for Baling Contracts" always resets to 90% upon loading the game or loading into a saved game. Whatever setting you set for this in the Mod's Menu is not saved and only remains valid for that game session. Upon saving and exiting the game the next time to load the game it'll reset back to 90% again.
