Have to answer questions on every launch?

Since the running environment probably doesn't change much, it would make sense to store the answers to the startup questions instead of having to type them on every run..

As monotone was never intended to be a serious program, I have no intention of fixing this unless I take up the task of completely rewriting monotone to support additional capabilities.
