[PackDev] Problems with mods using JarInJar

Minecraft crashes when using the runClient task if a mod uses the JarInJar feature. As an example, there is Create for 1.19.2 which includes Flywheel. Flywheel uses Mixins which result in a crashing client. Here's the log:
