Problems to create communication messages for two directions in a communication diagram

Hi,
In some cases I'm not able to create Communication messages for a second direction. Is there a video which explains how I can do this?
I'm use
Version 5.4.01
Build: 202312071609
System: win32 (10.0)
Architecture: x86_64
