Create automated weekly newsletter system

User Story: Administrators should be able to oversee the production and distribution of a weekly newsletter that reflects important ModernApps Learning Community updates that requires little to no manual intervention.
Proposal:
Modify all workflows that automatically push an appropriate text entry for the associated new content type ( or if needed create workflows) to one or more queues which once weekly get processed via workflow into a nicely formatted template.
Further, in addition to new course/guide/tutorial alerts, explore other types of announcements that could be automated, and/or if there should be any section(s) that would require manually generated content and if so, any tasks in the workflow that may require manual intervention should be a integrated task within an overall automated workflow system.
Add-on idea/stretch goal ... if new automated transcripts from weekly calls end up working well, include summary and link to transcripts as well as replay recordings. Accordingly would make sense to post weekly newsletter Friday to be able to include weekly meetings, or possibly on Monday depending on the quantity of manual intervention needed, so as to leave ample time to produce consistent results as consistency is more desirable than proximity.
