OW1 DGN1 tile sheet is old.

Found that the common OW1_DGN_MAP_LAYER.bmp is old and wasteful.
I'm going to replace it with the map from OW1_DGN3_768/, which gives us more options to make DGN1 Maps richer and more diverse.
