Level loads with camera at 0,0

Sometimes when a new game is selected (perhaps under other circumstances too) the camera is positioned at 0,0. The game does not respond to any player actions, menus work though. This is only happens once in a blue moon, thus making it hard to reproduce and confirm it's fixed.
