Stuck in Dungeon 4 of OverWorld 9

Unable to proceed further in Dungeon 4 of Overworld 9, due to stairs not working.

Please refer to the attached file for details on the location of stairs that are not working.

Found it. The Lvl5 should be Lvl6.
