Feature request: not so much engine brake when inching down

When inching, the engine brake effect is hefty, no matter which "Low Brake Force" setting is chosen.
Same occurs when using cruise control and temporary speeding up and then releasing.

Update:
Even if I revert the "Throttle Limiter" logic by for example "60% / 100%" the speeding up is only smoothed down - to 60% of full throttle - when manually accelerating with the keyboard 'W'.
As soon as I use the cruise control '3', the acceleration rate is vanilla (aka. bad ass aka. too much) again.
