contact Us position fixation

Hi,
The Contact Us nav item is not aligned with the other navbar items(AboutUs,Home) while opening the site on different devices (Responsive). I want to work on this issue .
@Mohit5Upadhyay please assign me this issue with label gssoc-ext, hacktoberfest-accepted and level according to the issue .
