Missing block textures for all the copper items. Missing crafter texture blocks. Additional textures missing as well.

They don't add the assets for the experimental ones for as long as they are in experiments/experimental development.
If you have the Bedrock Preview installed on Windows 10/11, you can find the latest packs in C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.MinecraftWindowsBeta_VERSION_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\data{resource|behavior}_packs\experimental...
