What happened?
Issue Description:
The feedback form on our website is currently not functioning as intended. Users are unable to submit feedback through the form, leading to a loss of valuable insights and feedback from our community. This issue needs to be addressed urgently to ensure a seamless feedback collection process.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Navigate to the website's feedback page.
- Fill out the required information in the feedback form.
- Attempt to submit the feedback by clicking on the "Submit" button.
Expected Behavior:
After clicking the "Submit" button, the feedback should be successfully sent to the appropriate channel for review and analysis.
Current Behavior:
Upon clicking the "Submit" button, nothing happens, and the feedback is not submitted. Users do not receive any confirmation or error message.
Additional Information:
- This issue is not browser-specific; it occurs on multiple browsers and devices.
- The website's other functionalities appear to be working correctly.
Possible Causes:
Several factors could be contributing to the feedback form's malfunctioning, including but not limited to:
- Frontend code issues related to form submission.
- Backend server-side processing issues.
- API integration problems with the feedback collection system.
Proposed Solution:
Our development team needs to investigate and resolve the issue promptly. The following steps should be taken:
