BUG: Responsiveness of the Service Section of Home Page on mobile screen is not aligned properly

What happened?
When we shift to smaller screen size the Service section card is not centrally aligned properly on the home page and there is a need to align the service cards centrally thereby maintaing consitent layout with testimonial section and hero slide for the home page even on small screen sizes by properly adjusting media queries and css styling
