Plugins don't get installed

Hi,

I followed the fast configure-basic installation, but xnat doesn't show the plugins or plugin settings in it's user interface.

I tried installing newer versions of the container-service plugin (used as an example), but still didn't got any results. However the plugin folder with the jars is synchronized with the data/xnat/home/plugin folder of the xnat-web service.

Can anyone help?
