Isolate Lift & Trail Instances

We need a way to allow each connection to have their own instance so the data will be in sync at all times.

I don't know if this is worth it. Students can clone this repo and run it locally if we don't want to see other interactivity. It's pretty cool when you hook up subscriptions and you see other changes coming in.

That being said, if this becomes a problem due to using this in blogs and classes we can revisit it later.
