I have no idea what causes this so input is appreciated
Please comment what CPU/GPU you have, what operating system, anything else you think might be useful since some people with worse computers don't get lag while others with great computers have the game unplayable

Lags heavily on:
-CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x
-GPU: Radeon RX 5700 XT
-OS: Arch Linux
Seems to happen most in deep forests?
