We should write tests for the API

Mostly done.

Missing:

  • POST submission
  • PUT submission

For these two tests I have a problem with the timestamps of the submissions.
I will finish it when we have fixed the submission process will be finalized.

@privat I think it's time to deploy the project on jenkins.
