Orientation change causes right buttons to be duplicated left and content disappears (1.6.7 only)

- Launch demo app in portrait
- Swipe left to open right buttons
- Change to landscape
Duplication also occurs if left buttons are visible before rotating.
Doesn't happen with 1.6.6.
Possibly related to #314.
