Password manager or paste doesn't work for login.

When trying to login in the V2.0.0 version, the bitwarden app is not shown when I click the username or password fields. Furthermore the password field does not allow pasting.
As a security awarebl internet citizen, I use long strong unique passwords which are a pain to enter by hand.
