function add comment is broken

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add comment
2. refresh webview / open some other bokk
blank page displayed

this problem not due because adding comment, but was because of misuse
'InternalLocationInHtml' part of bookdisplayer. it's affect also others
important features, such external link opening.
now (rev. 105) it's fixed, but reloading the page goes wrong...
