What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. downloading the latest Windows version (from 3 days ago)
2. launching...
3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-I receive a message about "MSVCP100.dll not found" with a recommendation to
reinstall. I try to, but that wouldn't help.

Please download and install "Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package"
for your system, and tell us if it works. Thanks

Yey! Works perfectly now. So, I need this package on my USB stick in order for
this program to be portable? Nonetheless a great resource, thank you very much
for it.

You just need to include MSVCP100.dll and MSVCR100.dll with the binaries. Enjoy
!
